These past results should be a point of pride with whichever SEO reseller you choose, and they should be glad to show them to you. A favorable rating with various consumer protection organizations online should also provide a good, neutral, third party stamp of approval on the veracity of the claims made by companies offering SEO reseller packages. Always keep your business above board, and you will likely see great returns on your ethical standards down the road!

It amazes me how much in life boils down to focus. I talk to people every day who want a search engine optimization business of their own. When I tell them to check out one of the many SEO reseller offerings out there, they don’t understand at first. Then I give them my take- which is always the same: So much of business success comes down to focus. And at the beginning, it is really hard to maintain. There are things that come up. You get busy. You need to stay on top of your daily to-dos. But somewhere in there you lose focus. It happens.

This is why it is essential to clear all those activities away that detract from your central mission. And the central mission of any small business is selling. This is why I am such a big fan of the SEO reseller strategy. You can put your emphasis on sales – where it really needs to be. When you join an SEO reseller program, they are going to give you everything you really need to get launched. It is a business in a box. And yes, you will pay for that. But believe me – it is worth it. You simply don’t have time to be mucking around coming up with product ideas and implementing them well. The reselling relationship is wonderful for these reasons.

Reselling SEO allows you to be focused on sales and marketing to see if you can really make it and never wonder if you spent too much time on unimportant things. If you don’t sell, you are not likely to be in this business in 6 months. This means that every second counts. Get moving!

So you are out there doing research on the SEO market because you are thinking that becoming an SEO reseller is a good idea. Perhaps it is, perhaps it isn’t. You won’t really know until you try. But you don’t want to invest the time and money into something that may not have a positive return for you. Smart. This is the restraint that many new business people do not have. And the SEO space is anything but simple.

As you look for an SEO reseller opportunity, do your homework. Do research and ask many many questions. Get into it. Not just the surface stuff, but the real SEO dirt. Ask them how they do their work. What is their search engine optimization track record? What SEO clients can you talk to. Seriously, you are going to partner with this organization – so you need to know the real details about what they do and how they do it. This is not something you can do without. And you won’t know unless you ask.
